Warranty

All Wagner products are backed by a lifetime warranty. If our cookware fails during honest, recommended use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty applies only to Wagner reissue products manufactured by the current business ownership, we can not repair or replace your vintage Wagner cookware.

Our restoration service is not covered by warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to pack the item securely when shipping it to us, and we are not liable for any loss or damage to the item that occurs in transit before we receive it. Once we are in custody of your item, we are liable for its value up to $100. If the item is lost or damaged while in our care, or during return shipping back to you, we will reimburse you for the loss at that value.

Returns

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as the cookware is in as-received condition and has not been used or cooked on. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us to start your return.
